The Minecraft 1.19 release date is now confirmed and ready for play, but new details and a trailer for the Minecraft The Wild update reveal a very different kind of patch – as it looks like it’ll turn the sandbox game into a horror game.

Mojang confirmed last month that Minecraft The Wild will release its big update on June 7, and has just confirmed it. It will include many new features including the wisp-like mob called the allay. It was the winner of the Minecraft Live vote and will soon be making its debut.
There are many biomes to conquer. The allay lives in a “majestic” mangrove swamp. However, the Deep Dark is the most interesting. This is where the Warden lives. They are a powerful mob who hunt you in the dark using sound. The Deep Dark is essentially a Mines of Moria, with the Warden being its creepy Balrog. You can only dig too greedily and too deep.
